Meanwhile other cars were coming in for inspection and the man had to act quickly to get Kenneth's car out. He did so with great anger, but Kenneth was able to pout him down without saying a word. Two police officers were standing there. They toured the house together but found nothing, so they concluded that the system was malfunctioning. The course was described as monitored by the President, and was lauded for setting precendent for a new kind of training. General Taylor discussed with a seminar group the problems facing insurgency in Thailand, and although none of them had been there, they spoke quite knowledgeably on the issues, paying particular interest to fighting insurgency.
