Donovan took to the idea, developing an elaborate plan and sending ideas back as &quot;for the presidents eyes only&quot;, ensuring that they would be seen by all of the important people around the president as well, as they would need to be up to date on what the president might have questions about in order to advise him. ]]></dcterms:description>

Beginning on July 20, 1976, recording finished in June, 1978. The project resumed again in 1982 for a few months. After a long break, the third recording period began in 1988 and concluded in March 1989.]]></dcterms:provenance>
